Position Highlights

The RSG Business Analyst is a highly detailed individual responsible for standard and custom reporting, qualitative and quantitative analysis and systems support that contribute to the success of our sales team.

Provides system and business analytics in support of improving user adoption, sales programs, and tools.

Primary Responsibilities

-Establishes and manages user profiles, company profiles, security controls,  and user views on systems and tools.

-Provides help desk support to all users of Sales Systems and proprietary systems.

-Oversees functional designs and features; including proactively exploring new system functionality to implement into the business.

-Manages data governance, ensuring integrity and accuracy within the systems.

-Creates and/or modifies effective reporting and dashboards for sales team.

-Builds and manages models to analyze, report, and present sales and operations related data associated with pipeline, forecasting, and overall sales productivity.

-Provides analytical and ad-hoc reporting to sales and business leadership.

-Drives adoption and awareness of system/tools functions and measure usage by end users.

-Actively reviews sales processes for weaknesses related to system issues and offer suggestions and ideas on improving processes, analysis, and related activities.

-Acts as liaison between the sales stakeholders and systems development, product development, marketing, and training organizations where necessary.

-Contributes to the development and reporting of sales and financial KPIs and trends.

-Supports sales and business teams in building businesses cases   Assists sales management, inside sales, channel sales and other sales related functions with various analytical, reporting and process change

needs.

-Responsible for uncovering emerging industry and technology practices to improve and solve business problems.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related discipline preferred.

 

Other Preferred Qualifications:

 

4-6 years financial or sales analysis experience in either sales operations or finance

3-5 years SFA and CRM administration or business systems analyst experience, including 2-3 years with Salesforce.com.

SalesForce.com/SalesForce.com Administrator Certified preferred

Knowledge/Experience with SQL, Java, SAS, Hadoop, and APEX

Understanding of data warehouse, business intelligence/data tools and technologies

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access

Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results
