We are growing our Participant Service teams and are looking for individuals with the desire to develop their career in the financial services industry. Our Participant Services Associates are at the forefront of our client’s experience; delivering outstanding service to our Retirement Plan customers.

Primary Responsibilities

What will you do?

  • You will work for the fastest growing retirement record-keeper in the country
  • You will provide superior customer service to our Retirement (401K) Participants
  • You will be paid to train and study during your first weeks with us to obtain your FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses. Study support, training and materials will be provided to you to assist you with passing the required license testing.
  • This role will allow you to build a solid foundation in the retirement sector within financial services with the opportunity to grow your career
  • You will be part of a dynamic team environment
  • You will help educate participants on retirement plans; while learning the industry!
  • You will answer incoming calls regarding retirement plans from participants (employees), employers, and third party plan specialists.
  • You will answer questions ranging from account access via the website, fund transfers, account changes, contributions, withdrawals, rollovers, benefits and investment options
  • You will also assist in processing retirement related investment transactions, educating participants about retirement readiness, and providing communication regarding plan updates and changes.

Qualifications

What will you need?

  • Ability and desire to provide a quality customer service experience and connect with clients via the phone
  • Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes, policies and procedures established by the financial services industry and government regulators
  • Successfully pass Series 6 and 63 securities examinations following training and study time
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday (No Weekends)
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, OR equivalent work experience preferred
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry a plus but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required
