Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of marketing strategies and creation of all go-to-market and point-of sales materials to support products distributed by Great-West Financial. Great-West’s primary goal is to grow sales in our retirement income, life insurance and executive benefits lines of business. These products include variable annuities, index linked annuities and life insurance (Single Premium Universal Life, COLI and BOLI). These products are provided to clients through financial advisors and registered investment advisors. Working closely with sales and product teams, the individual must have the ability to write and execute marketing plans and manage projects and deadlines across multiple lines of business. An independent work ethic, experience building and communicating marketing strategies at the executive level, and the ability to work within a deadline driven environment are a must.
