Empower Retirement has an opening within the Core Markets, for a Regional Sales Director to cover our Wisconsin territory. This position is responsible for targeting, pursuing and closing new plans in the small to mid-market size for Empower Retirement, resulting in additional revenue. This role needs to understand the full product and service offering of Empower Retirement and tailor such to the client. Extensive relationship building and navigation of the account are key aspects of the role. There is also an expectation that the RSD will transition these relationships to a Relationship Manager once the plan is successfully closed and implemented.
Travel expected: 70%
May be required to work from home. Will travel the majority of the time, including overnight travel.
