    Job Summary:
    This position is responsible for educating and answering incoming
    telephone inquiries regarding the hardship request process from
    participants, and researching and processing transactions related to the
    requests.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Duties, Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

    • Answer incoming telephone inquiries including, but not limited to:
    • Educating parties regarding the process request
    • Assisting parties with acquiring and completing the required forms and documentation.
    • Addressing questions or concerns with the request process, timelines, status, etc.
    • May also include making outbound calls.
    • Transaction research and processing duties including, but not limited to:
    • Reviewing participant information and records.
    • Preparing correspondence
    • Reviewing form and other request related paperwork to determine if in good order.
    • Entering completed requests into EASY system.
    • Additional duties including, but not limited to:
    • Focus on empathy and smoothly navigating the request process with customers is essential.
    • Consistent adherence to work schedule and punctuality required.
    • Occasional Overtime may be required.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Associate's Degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred

    Registrations/Certifications/Licensing Required:

    • FINRA 6 registration permitted, but not required. Corporate-established timelines apply to permitted registrations.
    • FINRA fingerprinting required.

    Other Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service and transaction processing preferred.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday Friday.
