    Under minimal supervision, serves as the first line of contact for internal client service managers, internal and external relationship managers regarding plan initiated fund and fee change requests. Handles moderately complex inquiries and problem resolution. Has solid
    expertise/ knowledge/skills to contribute to development and execution of company objectives.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Duties, Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

    • Position requires that individual has shown above average results in both team productivity and quality goals.
    • Team lead will be a first line of contact for internal relationship managers, ICRMS, Client Service managers, Client Service Coordinators, Implementation Analysts, Communication Strategists and managers regarding plan initiated fund and fee changes.
      • This position does not have direct reports, however, serves as mentor, facilitator and resource for team.
    • Works independently on own projects based on experience within limited parameters.
    • Position is responsible for taking on leadership role and includes training others, and providing guidance, determining own methods and procedures.
    • The lead is the point person for processing questions.
    • The Team lead also reviews daily QA work for the team.
    • Team lead will provide prompt, thorough and professional responses to inquiries.
    • Position handles escalated issues as needed.
    • Strong knowledge of standard processes and issue resolution.
    • Effectively uses resources to independently research and resolve issues.
    • Has depth of knowledge of Cirrus, Easy and other departments processes & timing that affect fund and fee changes.
    • Serves as a liaison with external vendors concerning manual mailings.
    • Team Lead oversees all blocks of business and has a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service.
    • Serves as backup for advanced products and manager.
    • Team Lead will be responsible for developing training materials, working on projects with manager.
    • Strong understanding of plan set up in EASY.
    • Responsible for assisting Manager with monitoring cost controls and process efficiencies.
    • Multi-tasking ability, superior customer service skills and communication skills; Positively embraces change and takes initiative; not afraid to look deeper, or think outside of the box.
    • Meets weekly with manager and participates in New Hire check in meetings.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • 4 year degree or equivalent experience

    Registrations:

    • FINRA 6 registration permitted, but not required.
    • Corporate-established timelines apply to permitted registrations.
    • FINRA fingerprinting required.

    Other Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3-4 Years of financial services experience
    • Demonstrated quality customer services skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to facilitate the research and resolution of problems

    Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

    • Normal Office Working Conditions
    • Moderate level of autonomy and degree of decision making and escalates high impact decisions to management while using general instructions to perform assigned tasks.
    • Develops working relationships with peers and management.
    • Interacts with a wide audience, including senior leaders and frontline staff, as well as special projects teams, vendors, and other internal and external outside entities.
