  • Position Highlights

    Under general supervision, assists with the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Under the direction of the Director of Compensation, assists with the administration of the company wide compensation function which may include creating, implementing, and administering competitive fixed, variable, and/or sales pay programs that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Researches, evaluations, prices and places internal jobs into the company salary structures. Performs data compilation and analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
    • May be responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual administration of sales incentive compensation.
    • Executes or provides support for major project initiatives, including automation projects, the annual Merit & Bonus cycle, annual salary survey participation, due diligence in support of the company's annual salary policy recommendations, and the semi-annual Promotion cycle. This may involve developing project plans, monitoring progress toward on-time completion, and preparing standard and ad hoc reports.
    • Serves as systems administrator for applications/systems related to the administration of Merit & Bonus, market pricing, sales compensation, etc. Supports SAP efforts related to compensation. Performs and supports ad hoc analysis.
    • Compiles and maintains HR metrics.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
    • 3 years relevant experience, including functional HR experience and/or experience designing and administering compensation programs.
    • Project management experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel. HRIS experience preferred.
    • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain discretion and work with sensitive/confidential subject matter required.
