As the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us attract and hire world-class talent. Under limited supervision, the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process for Information Technology roles and other niche roles at a variety of levels across the organization up to and including executive recruitment. This position is focused on proactively creating diverse candidate pipelines, coaching and partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, and promoting our employment brand.
1-Manages staffing needs as required. Leads/performs a full range of recruiting functions up to and including executive recruitment, seeks out candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and resources. Develops new candidate sources, including networks, referrals, and outreach programs. Mines web for passive candidates. Screens candidates to develop a "short list" of top qualified candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques, stakeholders requirements and other methods/tools. Makes offers to candidates following internal policies and practices.
2-Proactively consults with all levels of management regarding staffing strategy and requirements. Anticipates hiring needs and supports the development of strategic workforce plans. Initiates and maintains communications. Maintains and facilitates service level agreements with clients; delivers service to meet or exceed those agreements.
3-Assists with resolutions of escalations under the guidance of the AVP Talent Acquisition (hard to fill requisitions, vendor issues, background checks, etc). Ability to act as department subject matter expert concerning the use and enhancement of recruiting systems.
4-Develops candidate sourcing strategies, monitors vendor budgets and agreement fulfillment, and develops talent acquisition policies and procedures under the direction of the AVP of Talent Acquisition.
-Minimum 7 years of staffing, recruitment and/or combined HR experience, including experience in recruiting for all levels of roles including management.
-Demonstrated ability to present new recruiting concepts to hiring managers, get buy-in to continually improve recruiting processes and outcomes. Able to demonstrate strong initiative, solid judgment abilities/skills, manage multiple priorities and highly developed relationship building skills
-Successful experience recruiting in the IT space.
-Demonstrates exceptional customer focus, coaching and teamwork skills as well as ability to be flexible and adaptable.
Normal Office Working Conditions Requires ability to sit for long periods of time, along with occasional lifting objects, bending and stooping.
