    We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to cover the Southern California territory.

     

    Working independently, maintains and enhances relationships with existing clients. This position is responsible for being the primary relationship manager and ensuring client satisfaction through meetings and discussions covering service levels, plan utilization, product offerings, and fund investment performance. Overseeing an established book of business within an assigned territory. Responsible for defining and implementing best practices that maximize efficiencies, quality, and spend savings, while building and maintaining positive, long-term, strategic client relationships. Responsible for managing bundled product relationships with large and mid-sized plan sponsors, generally defined as having plan assets of $50 to $500 million.

    Primary Responsibilities

    •  Works closely with sales, plan administration, and operations staff.
    •  Responsible for providing relationship management and overseeing 10-20 mid size to large plans.
    •  Resolves the most complex problems and is assigned larger and/or more complex clients
    •  Responsible for client retention and growing of our existing plans.
    •  Responsible for sole relationship with client, education strategies, plan review, asset diversification
    •  Provide guidance to more junior staff, but has no formal supervisory responsibility.
    •  Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience

    FINRA Series 6 & 63 & Applicable State Insurance Licenses.

     

    10+ years of financial services experience

    5+ years in a relationship management role

     

     

    -Previous experience presenting to large groups and individuals

    -Excellent communications skills and in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.

    -Operates autonomously.

    -Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, being able to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.

     

     

    Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

    Will travel majority of the time (30-50%) via airline travel to various states as well as using personal vehicle to go to local meetings with plan sponsors and advisors

    Normal Office Working Conditions typically from a home office
