    Responsible for overseeing the implementation of new retirement plan sales in a specific market segment. Manages staff implementing plans, understands more complex issues that arise and implements plans/processes work as needed.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Oversees a team of 6-12 associates responsible for the installation of new retirement plan sales
    • Manages staff to include training, mentoring, quality standards, plan/work assignment reviews, call monitoring, disciplinary action, motivation, timely performance appraisals, and managing staffing levels to projected volume with overtime/vacations.
    • Responsible for ensuring that quality assurance, survey results and gain loss standards are upheld with direct reports.
    • Actively participates process and procedural reviews
    • Provides change management leadership to new product offerings, process changes, regulatory requirements and service model enhancements.
    • Performs conference calls and consults on incoming work with various client contacts including partner(s) sales and relationship/account managers, various internal departments, plan sponsors, financial advisers, third party administrators and/or prior providers.
    • Will serve as a primary contact for service and escalated issues to advisors, plan sponsors and third party administrators.
    • Ensures that conversion deadlines are met within the team and that workloads remain balanced through continuous review of staff volume
    • Will be asked to install plans during peak seasons of volume, unique circumstances and staff coverage
    • Participates in projects as assigned which are designed to improve processes that enhance client and/or staff experience


    • Bachelors degree or related work experience
    • Series 6 License and Series 26 License required within timeframes established by Securities Compliance
    • 5 years related work experience, prefer at least one year management experience
    • Working knowledge of retirement industry and internal record keeping system
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Analytical and problem solving skills
