The Director, Retirement Product Marketing, is responsible for creating the Empower value proposition and brand story, including development and implementation of promotion and sales systems/marketing materials. Critical audiences include retirement plan sponsors, consultants, and advisors, with a focus on Empower’s Large, Mega, Not-for-Profit, and Government market segments. This position reports directly to the VP of Advisor, Sponsor, and Investment Marketing. The success measure of this role is tightly aligned to achievement of sales goals; the role will partner with other marketing professionals and be supported by our internal advertising agency.
