Leads an AAG functional area at the business unit level to drive participant engagement strategies to increase personalization, satisfaction, increased enrollment and retention. May direct an organization with multiple levels of managers, cross functional business teams and professional employees, although the breadth of the reporting organization may vary. Decisions and financial responsibility may be shared with successive management levels. Diplomacy and the authority to influence or determine outcome or resolutions are ongoing aspects of this job. Complex problem solving, decision-making, and broad, technical skills within one or more functional areas are prerequisites for this level of job.
