  • Position Highlights

    Under limited direction, develops and manages execution of go-to-market strategy for new and enhanced products and services.  Applies a consistent discipline to product launches to ensure internal readiness, increase client satisfaction and promote product adoption.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Manages medium to large scope "go-to-market" projects that may include: Internal and external communication planning and execution (including identification of impacted audiences);
    • Development of product documentation; Release communications; Identification of new processes/procedures required to support new  or enhanced products utilizing thorough working knowledge of the business. Contingency planning and (if needed) execution
    • Conducts problem analysis, prepares recommendations for action and implements approved recommendations.
    • Identifies and escalates concerns (and potential solutions) particularly as they relate to internal readiness or client experience.
    • Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including business leaders within the functional departments, end-users, and customer/client services.
    • Ensure factual, timely and quality communication, project tracking, analysis and reporting.
    • Develops and maintains a portfolio view of product initiatives across the organization.
    • Offers daily technical and procedural guidance and leadership.
    • Provides communication and training support to the business for new policies, procedures and products directly related to assigned projects.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    What You Bring to the Role

    • Bachelor’s Degree required in related discipline or equivalent directly related to work experience.
    • 6+ years experience related to the business, project leadership, analysis, and reporting.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse departments and individuals, both internal and external.
    • Excellent verbal, written and editorial skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with internal partners and external vendors
    • Energetic, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work under time pressure
