The Workday Analyst, HRIS is responsible for providing administration and governance of Workday HCM. The position serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned system(s) and for the processes inside of the application to ensure that it remains current and serves the needs for all users. The Analyst may be responsible for the administration and governance of the Workday platform including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Manager and Employee Self Service, and On-boarding and Off-boarding. To be successful, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts, bring business insights, and drive process improvements. Attention to detail and mindfulness of the big picture is essential for success in this role.
