  • Position Highlights

    This position plays a vital role in connecting strategy to execution by driving broad transformation initiatives and the implementation of key delivery initiatives across the technology organization, including but not limited to scaled agile, full stack teams, and establishment of technology practices & standards. In this role, he / she will work closely with technology & business leaders to assist with strategic planning, lead the development of new processes, and define and execute key technology roadmap elements. To be successful, the person in this role will need to have a strong technology and strategic planning background, be able to effectively lead through influence, and demonstrate excellent verbal & written communication skills.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provide thought leadership, industry standard perspectives, and excellent overall planning skills to the execution of strategic initiatives.
    • Effectively operationalize defined systems strategies
    • Facilitate senior leader decisioning and implementation communications to all stakeholder groups.
    • Be a positive change agent and utilize change management best practices and methods
    • Manage large, cross-functional and complex programs and teams, defining creative solutions to meet scope, schedule and cost constraints.
    • Prioritize efforts, identify issues, and drive execution while working directly with senior leadership; conduct problem analysis, prepare recommendations for action, and implementing approved decisions.
    • Create, as needed, detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource assignments. Obtain sign-off on all deliverables from key parties.
    • Develop and review deliverables to ensure solutions match requirements and adhere to desired standards. Ensure factual, timely and quality project status, tracking, analysis and reporting.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (computer science, finance, management or other)
    • 6+ years of work experience
    • Demonstrated leadership experience utilizing lean operational excellence and scaled agile delivery best practices and techniques
    • Outstanding capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations to represent business results and opportunities
    • Capability to synthesize research topics succinctly and then craft messaging for outlining strategic recommendations
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many in-flight deliverables at once on tight deadlines
    • Disposition to build and leverage a network of partners
    • Ability to bring focus and direction to efforts across work teams
    • Familiarity with best in class technology organizations. Understanding of technology standards and practices.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Project, Power Point, Excel).
