Summary: Responsible for providing customer service (phone, email and written) and administrative support to insured members. Includes providing information to callers on their personal coverage features and application status, processing applications using internal workflow software and preparing, mailing and recording title changes, beneficiary changes, collateral assignments, certificates and billing notices.
