    We are rapidly growing our Investment Service team  and are looking for individuals with the desire to develop their career in the financial services industry.  We offer a paid development program that will prepare you to engage with customers while obtaining your Series 7 and 63 licenses.  Empower Investor Service Associates are at the forefront of our client’s experience; delivering outstanding service through the handling of  inbound phone calls ranging  from  basic online service needs to financial transactions such as trading, cash movement and establishing new accounts.

    Primary Responsibilities

     

    • Answer and respond to operational and procedural inquiries from current clients via inbound call center. Handle requests for website assistance, helping Empower clients complete forms, and provide updates on paperwork processing status.
    • Initiate proactive/follow-up phone calls on pending issues to ensure timely completion.
    • Strive for a One-Call Resolution to all client requests.
    • Actively participates in staff meetings, product seminars/training, etc., in support of strategic department and firm initiatives.

     

    Qualifications

    •  
    • Bachelor Degree required
    • Experience in service, healthcare, or hospitality in people facing industries are strongly preferred.
    • 1+ years telephone based customer service experience preferred

    • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to build rapport and create a personalized experience for our clients
    • Proficient written, verbal and presentation skills;Commitment to customers
