Responsible for relationship management and proactive education to core IRA customers within an assigned book. Engages in effective consultative conversations via outbound calls. Primary goals of education are retention and expansion of IRA customer's relationship with Great-West. Also handles incoming IRA customer calls. Acting in a dual registration capacity for GWFS Brokerage and Advised Assets Group.
