The Specialist’s primary responsibility is ensuring AAG’s Managed Account service is available & functioning, properly and consistently, on a daily basis for all clients: plans, partners & participants.
The position provides service excellence in delivery of the program. The Specialist gathers information and provides analysis to support AAG Product, AAG Segment Managers, AAG Oversight, vendors and internal partners; supports action plans for rollouts and client specific projects.
The Specialist resolves service operational issues, supports audits and contributes to product, system and process improvements.
